cool accident..!!

I was on my way to tt just now and I saw the coolest thing!! Ok..so maybe it's a bit sadistic of me to say this is cool but hey, it was.

There was this parade of fire trucks...and well they were beeping and waving and everything. The first one was ahead of the whole entourage so everything was fine. Then the traffic lights turned red and the driver of the second truck kept going. The cars perpendicular got the green light so the woman in the station wagon just went. She couldnt stop in time so she crashed into the fire truck. It all happened about a metre and a half away from me.

It's funny coz there were police escorts and usually escorts are meant to be in front and at the side of the parade..but this police car was just lagging behind. I dont know if the parade had the right to run the red light or if it had to stop like everyone else. Its a bit scary once you think about it. The driver had a really stunned look on his face...the pillion rider was just laughing. I dont know if he was drunk. But they were carrying about 5 to 6 passengers at the back and a couple of them were kids..

So yea...I just got back from tt and well, I know I shouldnt have even gone in the first place. I still haven't finished my three essays. I've gotten most of the research for the politics one done already. Just have to write it up by the end of tonight. Then I have to quickly move on to the other two essays. Man...really slack. I'm just cooling off now..waiting to take a shower and have dinner...then eventually get some work done. Sleep, no sleep....no difference. LoLz...
