glad it's started

I'm so glad uni's started already. This sem I'll be doing
-Professional writing
-Global Politics
-Contemporary Culture and Everyday Life
-Literature, Culture, History.

Quite a good spread this semester. I've started making friends again and have begun to move forward in life. I'm so glad for that. At least for most of the day I dont feel so sad and lonely anymore. But when the day comes to an end, all those feelings that I've been trying to get away from tend to settle in. On the brighter side of things, at least Harry Potty is helping get me through these times.

So far in uni, I've attended lectures for all subjects except for Professional Writing (I'll be having the first one of that tomorrow morning). It's quite weird as usually in the first week of the semester, we dont usually start tutes. But seeing as it's the second day of the semester, I've already had tutes for 2 subjects, Contemporary Culture and Everyday Life and Literature, Culture, History.

My favourite of the two is the Contemporary Culture one as the tutor is very animated. He reminds me of an Aussie Santa. He's just so jolly and he keeps saying "Dont apologize"...haha...but yea, I didnt speak much in the tutes. The lit tute seems like it's gonna be very difficult for me this sem as everyone in my class has such in depth knowledge of all these authors and they all seem very well read. In case you guys didnt know, this is my first lit class......like, EVER!! I knew I should've done it in form 6...oh well, it's too late for regrets..All I've gotta do is try my hardest.

As for sports, I've started playing table tennis again and by the looks of things, I may be starting touch footy as well..but then again, no promises. We'll just have to see how it goes in terms of my workload. I'm only rocking up for touch footy this thursday to collect my jersey. Anyhooz, I really think I should get to bed now. It's late and I have to get up early. So till laterz...night everyone =D
