you had a good day

I had a good day today. My first lecture didnt start till about 10 and I had to wait for my sem 1 friends in front of the library. It was good seeing them again. I've missed their company. So glad to see them back in uni again =D. Professional writing is good...although the lecture is slightly intimidating. What really sucks, though, is the fact that all four of us have been split up into different tutes. With exception for Sally and Candy of course, they've been lucky enough to be put in the same tutes...

So yea, when lectures ended, we all went our separate ways. I met up with an old friend and we went off to look for second hand book shops. Unfortunately, we only stopped at one shop and I figured I'd just buy my books from the uni bookshop...lolz...talk about the lack of will power right ? I didnt end up doing that in the end. When I went to the book shop, I realised that they were sold out of the books that I needed. So yea, looks like the hunt for second hand books continues..I just have to keep my eyes peeled for other Second hand bookshops. There should be quite a few in the city, I just have to do a bit of searching I guess.

Yea, so in my second and last lecture of the day, I was there with Linh and BH and we were there having 'fun' in the lecture when all of a sudden, we felt the seats vibrate and saw this guy ran down to the front of the theatre to tell the lecturer that someone in the back was having a seizure. I turned around to see a girl in a stripey shirt convulsing. The lecture told someone to call the emergency hotline and the people around the girl to put her lying face down on the ground with her head tilted to the side so that she didnt swallow her tongue. Luckily, it didnt last very long. She regained consciousness after a while and was shakily escorted outside the theatre to get some air. Quite a bit of drama for a lecture I'd say.

I went to play tabletennis just now, and surprisingly, I'm not as rusty as I thought I'd be. So glad for that, although, I still need a bit more polishing up. As for the competition this saturday against the Chinese Association of Victoria (CAV), I dont think I'll be taking part. But if Alvar cant find a sub for me, I may just have to go. I dont quite intend on going to Surrey Hills, but I guess, if I gotta, I gotta right ?

Anyhooz..I think I should get back to reading Harry Potty...too many distractions, keep getting diverted from the book. lolz...Laterz everyone..!
