Steph = tired

This may very well be a short post...or not. This is me procrastinating yet again. I have an op-ed due tomorrow morning and I haven't even started yet. LoL. I'll get it done and be at class in the morning. But the question really is, how awake will I be ? Again, I'd probably be really hyped up on caffeine or an empty shell.

I spent the last day and a half entertaining my aunt. I was already tired to begin with last night after table tennis and she asked me to go all the way down to Mont Albert to meet her and her fiance at their service apartment. Bear in mind I'd never been there before and I was travelling on my own. I got to Mont Albert ok but it was quite a challenge finding the apartment. Incidently, the place is called The Quest. Indeed. I spent about half an hour on the train and 40minutes after that walking around in the dark. It was quite scary. Foreign neighbourhood, not very well lit. When I finally found them, I was told that there was a shortcut to the service apartments which was only 5 minutes away on foot. Turns out, I went one HUUUUUGE round...lol..

So we had dinner at this Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant at Boxhill. It was ok I guess, not all that spectacular. Then when we got back to the apartment, it was really late so I was instructed to stay the night. I slept on the living room couch. It wasnt too bad I suppose. At least, there was Foxtel. It could've been so much worse.

Yea, so in the morning, I dropped the aunt off at Crown then went home to get ready for work. Went to work and signed the Agreement (so now I'm officially a working girl). Such good timing, I havent even really started work yet and I've been invited to attend a company social this weekend. It's gonna be so cool! The company has ordered in 6 professional poker tables complete with dealer (ie man/woman in a bow tie and suit). I really cant wait!!

So yea, that's that. Really should get started with my op ed....*groans*
