extra curricular activities?

Hey peepz...I know its late but I couldnt sleep. So hey ho, I decided to blog. Today was a lot better than yesterday. I managed to wake up at lunch time but it's not the same as doing that in Brunei. In Brunei, you tend to wake up to the smell of yummy cooked food. Here, I wake up feeling cold and hungry. It's sad I know. But thats the truth of it. So this morning/afternoon, I got up and the 2 housemates were all showered and dressed ready to head out. Haha. So I decided to make myself useful and call Optus again. Man, I was really dreading having to be put on hold for another hour. Lucky for me, it didnt take that long. Took them about 10 minutes before I got to talk to a customer service dude by the name of Carlos...haha..he had a really hot telephone voice. Lolx.

So there I was trying to hookup my broadband and he tells me that I couldnt possibly do so as the landline was listed under a Sylvia Tew. Hmmm..what to do...what to do...he decided to help me out of that bind by offering to call syl and get all the details. There I was thinking. Yay!! Mission accomplish...minutes later, I get a call from Jem asking me to get syl's bank details, yada yada yada...so I did that and Carlos called me back asking for those details along with mine. He was like. I'm adding you to the list so you can access...lalala...that sorta thing. So he started asking me for the usual things...name...dob...thats where he stopped. He was like..hey...your birthday's soon. Are you having a party ? Haha...now that was what I call a totally out of the blue typed question, I mean, coming from a telephone operator (plus the call was being recorded by Optus). So I decided to humour him. I told him I wasnt coz I'm a starving student. He was like oh ok, but if you do decide to have a party, dont forget to gimme a holler...haha...I was like. yea, sure. I'll just call optus and tell the switchboard ppl to let Carlos know that he's invited to Steph's party.

Ok..now that was lame. But I swear...it was so much funnier when I said it over the phone. Haha. So yea today was so much better than yesterday. I got an email from one of my old teachers from STPRI just now. It was regarding the 'Malam Gemilang' thats coming up in conjunction with STPRI's 50th Anniversary. The school is honouring all the students who played a part in making the school's name SHINE. So they emailed me asking about the details of the eXplomath and all other competitions I represented the school in. Pretty random shit, I'd say. Totally didnt expect it and I dont quite know what to write. So yea, just waiting for H.M to reply me and let me know what she wrote so I cud imitate accordingly. LoL.

Anyhooz..I'm bored and I'm prolly bore-ing all you readers as well. So I guess I'm just gonna try and force myself to sleep. Or at least do some reading if I cant sleep. Nite nite..
